Happy July 4th! Celebrating with prosecco & popsicles cocktails.
Last year we hosted 26 fabulous family members and friends for Easter Brunch - it was the first time hosting in our newly purchased 1098 sq. ft. condo at the time. While cooking the 10 lbs. of roasted potatoes is when we first learned our 1988 electric oven only had half of a working element…. brunch was served a bit later than scheduled but over all a success. This year we are going to do things a little bit differently - new stainless steel appliances and a quiet dinner for two.
The past few weeks have been pretty hectic for Mr.S and I. Visiting friends and family out of town for the past two weekends. So we are looking forward to staying home and cooking a delicious dinner for two.

• Tomatoes Stuffed with Rice
• Arugula Salad with Asparagus
• Fresh Berries for Dessert
Easter isn’t until the weekend so we have plenty of prep time. Today we’ll pick up the groceries, and I will probably cook the eggs. I’ll also pull together my plan for the rest of the week so Sunday we can enjoy the day together!
